For by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God.

Instructional programs and ongoing Companioned Prayer ministry groups are listed here.  Please contact the person listed before attending to ensure that the information is current, and to receive any additional necessary information.  Please note that when arranging to attend a program of instruction, it is important to attend all meetings.  All programs and groups are sponsored by their own church or religious organization, and are not affiliated with the CPCF.  Their listing here is offered as a courtesy.

Instructional programs

  • A program called Listening for God in our Lives, introducing Lectio Divina, St Ignatius' daily Examen, and Companioned Prayer began this Lent (2021).  This program is an excellent way to learn Companioned Prayer.  It meets online via Zoom twice a week, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.  This free program is co-sponsored by Divine Savior Catholic Church, Orangevale, CA; St John the Baptist Catholic Church, Folsom, CA; and Holy Trinity Catholic Church, El Dorado Hills, CA.  Registration for this program is now closed.  To start your own Listening for God in our Lives program, see the material on this site's Resources page.

  • There are no other instructional programs listed at present.  Use the resources listed on this site's Resources page and start your own program in your religious community.

Ongoing prayer groups

  • The Companioned Prayer group at Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church, Folsom, California meets online on Wednesdays from 2:00 to 3:30 PM.  Contact Bill Stobbe at bstobbe@companionedprayer.org.
